From the Taj Mahal strut of "She Caught the Katy" to the widescreen Chicago blues of "Sweet Home Chicago", it's a joyful, reverential romp anchored by the Stax rhythm section and elevated by cameos from Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, James Brown, and Cab Calloway.
