How long will my order take to arrive?

Please pay close attention to the indicator on the product page before you purchase. This will clearly state whether a product is in stock at our store and available to ship immediately, or in stock with the supplier and will be ready to ship once its reached us (usually within 4 weeks). The reason we do it this way is because we pride ourselves on offering hard to find titles that often don't have much stock available. For those titles, we order stock in in advance. To reduce overheads and therefore the cost to you, titles with plenty of stock available we leave at the supplier until needed. 

If I order an item that is in stock with the supplier, is it guaranteed I'll get it?

In the vast majority of cases, yes. But there are rare circumstances where we'll order something from the supplier and find out it's no longer available. In those situations you will of course be provided with a full refund immediately. 

What if my item arrives broken or damaged?

Please take photos of the item immediately and send them to bayourecords@outlook.com with a description of what you believe has happened. Then, start a return via the your account at https://account.bayourecords.com.au

How can I guarantee I get my order before a certain date?

Products with the label - "In stock - ships within 3 days" will generally be delivered to you within 7 business days of purchase. Sooner if you select express shipping.

Products with the label - "In stock with supplier - usually ships in 4 weeks" will generally need to be ordered at least 5 weeks in advance of the desired date.

This applies to orders before Christmas also. We will update this page with more specific 2026 Christmas cut off dates as soon as possible.
