Adele - 25 (LP)

There's not enough that can be said about how underrated Adele's 25 is as record. An incarnation of Blue Eyed Soul, 25 is Adele's greatest work by far. Sure, it's a pop record. But the best of it is rooted in something much older and deeper than its time. A raft of great songs make it difficult to pick the best, but When We Were Young is an example of truly great modern song writing - something that is exceptionally rare.
