How long will it take to get my record? If an item is in stock, we aim to get it packed and shipped within one business day. At most, it will be shipped within two business days from the date of order.

What happens when I backorder? If a product is out of stock, but we know there’s stock available with our supplier, we’ll offer it on backorder. When you backorder, your order goes onto our next shipment from our supplier. So in most cases, backordering simply means waiting a little longer for your order. In rare circumstances, the product will no longer be available with any of our suppliers. If that happens, we’ll refund you in full immediately and send you an email to explain.

Can you order records in for me? Absolutely. If there’s a record you’re chasing, just let us know and we’ll scan our entire network for it and give you the best price possible.

Why don’t you just sell everything like other record stores? Well, in short, that’s been done. So we’ve decided to take a more personal, curated approach. We’re not in this to make millions. We just want to provide a service for people that love this kind of music as much as we do. Sometimes, less is more. If you want the latest top 40 at the best price, we aren’t the store for you. But if you’re looking for limited, coloured, end of print titles from specific genres – that’s us.
